输气站离心式压缩机优化运行实践与分析

摘要: 电驱离心式压缩机被广泛应用于天然气长输管道行业,其主要能耗包括电能消耗、天然气消耗和新鲜水消耗,其中电能消耗约占总能耗的95%。在满足输气量的情况下,运行最少数量的压缩机和辅助设备是降低压缩机电能消耗最直接和最有效的方法之一。榆林-济南长输管道首站根据1年多的实际运行经验,在充分分析压缩机组"一用两备"和"两用一备"两种运行方式基础上,发现目前两种运行方式压缩机的运行功率都较低。为此,榆济首站通过实验将单台压缩机组日最大输气量由设计的525.7×104m3修正为565×104m3,使压缩机组及其辅助系统每日节约电能2.78×104kW·h,折合节约电费约1.3万元,节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract: Electric-drive centrifugal compressor has been widely used in long-distance natural gas pipeline industry. And its main energy consumption included electricity, natural gas and fresh water. The electric energy consumption accounted for about 95% of total energy consumption. On the premise of meeting gas transmission requirements, operating the minimum number of compressor and auxiliary equipment was one of the most direct and effective ways to reduce compressor power consumption. According to more than one year's actual operation experience of Yulin-Jinan initial station and the full analysis of compressor operation modes: "two-operation and one-standby" and "one-operation and two-standby", it is found that the operating power of two compressor operation modes were both low. Therefore, Yulin-Jinan initial station revised the max design throughput of single compressor from 5.257 million per day to 5.65 million per day through experiment. As a result, the compressor unit and its assistant system have daily saved electric energy 27800 kW·h and electricity charge about 13000 yuan. So the effect of saving energy was remarkable.
