摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我国砂岩油藏丰富，长期开采后如何实现资源二次开发和利用，是石油行业亟待解决的课题。聚焦砂岩油藏改建储油库这一创新举措，通过对我国能源需求现状、现有储备体系不足以及砂岩油藏自身特性的综合考量，从保障能源安全、优化资源利用、促进区域经济发展和降低环境影响等多个维度，阐述砂岩油藏改建储油库在国家能源战略布局中的关键作用。探讨精准油藏评估、高效注采工艺、可靠密封、智能监测等关键技术，以及前期筛选、项目设计、建设施工和运营维护的实施路径，提出政策引导、技术创新等发展策略。研究表明，砂岩油藏改建储油库不仅能增强我国应对能源危机的能力，还能推动石油产业的可持续发展，具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益，为我国能源行业的长远发展提供新思路。

Abstract: China is abundant in sandstone oil reservoirs. How to bring about secondary development and application of resources after long-term recovery is an issue to be solved urgently in the oil industry. This article focuses on the innovative measure for construction of sandstone oil reservoirs into oil storage depots. It takes into account the current conditions of China’s energy demand, inadequacy of the existing storage system and individual characteristics of sandstone oil reservoirs. From a number of dimensions, such as guarantee of energy security, optimization of resource utilization, promotion regional economic development and reduction of environmental impact, this article elaborates the key roles of constructing sandstone oil reservoirs into oil storage depots in the country’s strategic energy arrangement. It also discusses a series of key technologies, such as accurate evaluation of oil reservoirs, high-efficiency injected production process, reliable seal, intelligent monitoring as well as the construction roadways including preliminary selection, project design, engineering construction and operational maintenance. In addition, it comes up with some development strategies like guidance through policies and technological innovation. The study indicates that construction of sandstone oil reservoirs into oil storage depots not only improves China’s capability against energy crises but also promotes sustainable oil industrial development, thus showing remarkable economic, social and environmental performances and providing the new mindset for China’s long-term energy industrial development.
