摘要: 聚焦石油石化行业本质安全技术的智能化发展前沿,系统梳理智能化技术在石油石化行业的应用现状,深入分析感知与监测、识别与认知、分析与决策、预测与预警、报警与控制及应急处置6大关键技术环节的创新进展,剖析智能化应用面临的问题与挑战,如数据质量问题、多源数据融合难题、模型适配性不足及智能化人才短缺等。未来,通过强化数据治理、深化模型优化、加强人才培养及完善政策支持等多方面努力,将进一步突破技术瓶颈。智能化技术的深度应用将推动石油石化行业实现从经验驱动到数据驱动的安全范式转型,为构建现代化能源安全保障体系提供关键技术支撑。

Abstract: This article focuses on the frontier of AI development in the oil and petrochemical industrial intrinsic safety technology and makes a systematic analysis of the current conditions that AI technology is used in the oil and petrochemical industry. It also makes an in-depth analysis of innovations in six key technologies--sensing and monitoring, identification and cognition, analyzing and decision-making, prediction and early warning, alarming and control, and treatment of emergency case.It analyzes the problems and challenges facing AI application, such as data quality problems, bottlenecks in multi-source data integration, inadequate model adaptability, and shortage of AI talents. In the future, it is necessary to enhance data treatment,deepen model optimization, step up fostering of talents, and perfect the preferential policies. Those efforts will further solve the technological bottlenecks. In-depth application of AI technology will help the oil and petrochemical industry to realize the transition from experienced-based to data-driven safety paradigm and offer key technological support for building of the modern energy safety system.
