油田源网荷储一体化技术研究及用能结构转型实践

摘要: 为了响应国家碳达峰碳中和战略部署,各油田积极探索用能结构转型。源网荷储一体化技术通过集合并优化电源、电网、负荷和储能等环节,有助于实现用能结构转型和双碳目标。基于此技术,塔里木、玉门、吐哈等油田通过开发绿色电力、完善电网、优化负荷、配套储能等措施,逐步完善源网荷储一体化体系,成功推进油田用能结构转型,取得了良好的经济和环境效益。我国油田用能结构转型的关键需要合理规划和配置源、网、荷、储资源,加快实现源网荷储一体化系统健康协调发展。建议国家、地方政府和油田层面完善相关法律法规及标准规范、健全市场机制、协调整合资源、加强技术革新等途径,降低源网荷储一体化项目投资和运行成本,进而构建并优化油田源网荷储一体化用能体系,实现我国油田能源结构转型升级。

Abstract: To make response to the nation's carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy, the oilfields made active efforts for energy-consuming structural transformation. The source-grid-load-storage integration technology is based on integration and optimization of power source, power grid, load and energy storage and helpful to realization of energy-consuming structural transformation and fulfillment of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality objectives. Based on this technology, the oilfields like Tarim, Yumen and Tuha committed their efforts to development of green power, perfection of the power grid, optimization of load, and establishment of the relative energy-consuming facilities, thus gradually perfecting the source-grid-load-storage integration system. As a result, they have successfully accelerated the oilfield energy-consuming structural transformation and achieved good economic and environmental results. The key to China's oilfield energy-consuming structural transformation is to reasonably plan and allocate the source, grid, load and storage resources and bring about a healthy and harmonious development of source-grid-load-storage integration system. Therefore, it is proposed that the national and local governments and the oilfields should perfect the relative laws, regulations, standards and specifications, establish the market mechanism, coordinate and integrate the resources, and accelerate technological revolution. it is necessary to reduce the cost to invest and operate the sourcegrid- load-storage integration projects in order to establish and optimize the energy consumption system of source-grid-loadstorage integration and realize the country’s oilfield energy consuming structural transformation and modernization.
