陆上地震仪器技术研发现状及管理对策

摘要: 地震仪器是实现地震勘探的关键装备,其性能和精度会影响勘探的准确性、可靠性,设计技术门槛相对较高。通过分析对比陆上地震仪器主流产品及研发制造资源现状,对陆上节点仪器的站体功耗、地震信号响应及采集能力、海量设备管理、质量控制、智能作业等提出了更高的技术需求,总体将向着小型化、智能化、数字化和布设自动化的方向发展。为推动地震仪器技术创新,对技术发展、研发组织管理提出建议:明确技术差距,强化核心技术攻关,组织优势技术团队解决工作功耗、技术性能等难题;加强顶层设计,建立地震仪器技术协同创新机制,联合科研院所开展技术攻关;整合研发力量,建立一体化研发平台,明确研发内容、生产制造工艺和分工;坚持高起点自主研发,不断强化优势技术;建立科学客观的测试方法和评价标准,推动独立性检测,满足物探项目对数据质量控制的需求等。

Abstract: Seismic instrument is a key equipment for seismic exploration. The functions and precision of the equipment have influence on accuracy and reliability of exploration, thus leading to a relatively high technological threshold for design. This article analyzes the main products of land seismic instruments and the current situation of R&D and manufacturing resources and comes up with higher technological requirements on station power consumption of land node instrument, ability for seismic signal response and acquisition, management of instruments in large quantities quality control, and intelligent services. Generally speaking, the instruments are developing towards small scale, intelligence, digitalization, and automation of installation. To accelerate technological innovation of seismic instruments, the article comes up with some suggestions on technological development and R&D organization and management, such as clarification of technological gaps and enhancement of key technological research, organization of technologically-advantageous teams for settlement of bottlenecks including power consumption and technological functions, and strengthening top-level design to establish the synergetic mechanism for seismic instrument technological innovation and make technological research in collaboration with scientific research institutions. In addition, the R&D integration platform should be established on the basis of integrated R&D strength with clarification of R&D contents, production and manufacturing process and division of labor. Meanwhile, it is necessary to adhere to the principle for independent R&D at a high starting point, continually consolidate the advantageous technology, formulate the scientific and objective testing methods and evaluating standards and promote independent inspection to satisfy the demand of the geophysical projects for data quality control.
