摘要: 高效除油剂复配物以环氧氯丙烷胺阳离子聚合物、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料, 采用将聚合氯 化铝和聚丙烯酰胺引入环氧氯丙烷胺阳离子聚合物溶液中的方法, 制备条件相对温和、简单、环保。产品采用先进的 聚合和接枝技术, 表面活性、润湿性能、絮凝能力和聚结效果好, 加药工艺简化, 加药量少, 不影响原油脱水, 除油 破乳效果好。在国内滩海及陆上油田不同现场应用, 均取得了很好的效果, 并于2015 年销售到了国外。

Abstract: The new-type efficient degreaser mixture is made of epoxy chloropropane amine cationic polymer, poly aluminum chloride, and polyacrylamide as the main materials. Poly aluminum chloride and polyacrylamide are added into epoxy chloropropane amine cationic polymer solution under the mild, simple and environmental-friendly conditions. The product adopts the advanced polymerization and grafting technology and is good at surface activity, flocculation ability and polymerization effect. With the dosage reduced, the dosing process is simplified but does not affect crude oil dehydration. The oil-removing and emulsion-breaking effects are satisfactory. The product has a good performance when used in the beach area and onshore oilfields at home and was sold abroad in 2015.
