摘要: 石油专用高、超高转差率电动机应用多种创新技术, 包括电动机电磁设计及结构设计、电动机转子槽 形与结构设计、特殊槽形转子高压铸造技术、薄壁铝合金机座低压铸造技术等, 采用特殊的通风散热结构, 具有节 电性能好、机械收益高、起动性能优越等特点, 产品性能达到国际先进水平, 现场试验及国内外各大油田使用效果 显著。文章介绍了产品结构特点、性能特点、技术参数、特色技术等, 以及近年来的技术发展和进一步研究方向。

Abstract: Oil- dedicated high/ ultra high slip motors were developed based on a variety of innovative technologies, including motor electromagnetic design and structure design, motor rotor slot and structure design, special high pressure casting technology of slot type rotor, low pressure casting technology of thin wall aluminum alloy base, etc. With a special ventilation cooling structure, the motors have such characteristics as good energy-saving performance, high mechanical earnings and superior starting performance. The performance has reached the international advanced level, and good results have been obtained in field tests and applications in some big oilfields at home and abroad. The article introduced the structure characteristics, performance characteristics, technical parameters, technical characteristics of the products, and the development of technology in recent years and further research direction.
