摘要： 四川气田部分地质结构在纵向上表现为层段较多且为薄互层的特点,只有针对性地分层改造才能切实提高此类井的产量。连续油管底部封隔分层压裂工具包括机械封隔器、压力平衡阀、套管接箍定位器及扶正器等,机械封隔器通过机械方式压缩胶筒坐封,同时扩张卡瓦进行单向支撑,坐封快速方便,可反复多次坐封、密封;压力平衡阀能实现多次密封,反洗井冲砂,方便封隔器解封;套管接箍定位器定位力可调,定位判断显示明显。该工具在四川及苏里格气田应用25井次,实施了超过200层（段）的分层改造,全部作业成功,具有产层定位准确、坐封与解封迅速、密封可靠的特点,满足了多层、薄互层气藏和水平井增产改造要求。

Abstract: Some of gas fields in Sichuan are geologically structured with a multiple layers that are thin interbeds. To raise the single-well production, it is necessary to fracture the targeted layer one by one. Coiled tubing bottom pack-off layered fracturing tool is composed of mechanical packer, pressure balanced valve, casing collar locator and centralizer. The packer can be mechanically set while expanding the slip for one way support. The setting is rapid and convenient and repeated several times. Pressure-balanced valve is able to seal several times for reverse sand flushing so that the packer can be easily set. The locating force of casing collar locator is adjustable, which gives a clear indication of location. This tool is used in Sichuan and Sulige gas fields for 25 times with more than 200 intervals brought under layered fracturing, acquiring a 100 percent success rate. This tool has a series of characteristics, such as accurately locating the producing interval, packing and unpacking easily completed and the packer reliably set, meeting the requirements for fracturing of multiple intervals thin interbeds and horizontal wells.
