油气长输管道机械化补口工作站

摘要: 为解决油气长输管道传统手工热收缩带防腐补口技术存在的补口质量不可控、人为因素影响大、施工效率低、污染环境、资源浪费、工人劳动强度大等诸多问题,研制了油气长输管道机械化防腐补口工作站,主要由环保型自动除锈工作站、中频加热工作站、红外加热工作站组成。其中,环保型自动除锈工作站用于管口表面处理,中频加热工作站用于管口预热,红外加热工作站用于热收缩带收缩与回火。机械化补口工作站在浮动驱动、自动控制、中频软启动、红外梯度加热等取得重要创新,工程应用证明具备自动化程度高、性能稳定可靠、环境适应能力强、补口质量远超过标准要求、施工效率高、工人劳动强度低、保护环境等优点,切实保证管道运营安全与使用寿命,有效降低了管道后期维修频次与费用。

Abstract: Mechanical workstation for anti-corrosion and repair of long-distance oil and gas pipeline is developed to solve a series of technological issues existing in traditional manual heat shrinkable tape for joint coating, such as uncontrolled joint coating quality, strong influence of artificial factors, low construction efficiency, environmental pollution, waste of resources and high labor intensity. The workstation is mainly composed of environmental automatic derusting workstation, intermediate frequency heating workstation, and infrared heating workstation. Of those, environmental automatic derusting workstation is used for pipe surface treatment, intermediate frequency heating workstation is used for pipe-end preheating, and infrared heating workstation is used for shrinkage and tempering of heat shrinkable tape. Mechanical repair workstation is an important creation in terms of floating drive, automatic control, intermediate frequency soft startup, and infrared gradient heating. Engineering application indicates a series of advantages including high automation, stable and reliable performance, strong environmental adaptability, higher-than-required quality of joint coating, high construction efficiency, low labor intensity and environmental friendliness. It ensures operational safety and service life of pipelines and effectively lowers frequencies and expenses of pipeline maintenance in the later period.
