摘要: 为满足管道建设穿跨越用弯管需求,开发并试验了X80钢级?1219mm×27.5mm弯管产品。分析母管的化学成分与力学性能,淬火系数为5.81,淬透性高,强度和韧性满足弯管开发要求。进行拉伸、夏比冲击、金相组织、硬度、爆破等系列试验,数据表明:弯管管体屈服强度达633MPa,焊缝抗拉强度达662MPa,管体冲击功平均值为306J,焊缝及热影响区平均冲击功分别为152J、272J。热处理后晶粒度在10级以上,爆破试验最高压力达到31.8MPa。各试验项目性能指标均高于标准要求。

Abstract: X80 steel ?1219mm×27.5mm induction bend is developed and tested to meet the demand for bend pipes used for crossing of pipeline. Based on analysis of chemical components and mechanic function of mother pipe, the quenching coefficient is 5.81, meeting the requirements on strength and tenacity of bend. It is also brought under a series of tests for its tensile strength, Charpy impact, metallurgical structure, solidity and explosion. The series of experimental data shows that yield strength of bending pipe body is 633MPa, bend weld tensile strength 662MPa, and impact energy 306J on average. The average impact energy of weld joint and HAZ is 152J and 272J. The grain size is higher than Grade 10 after heat treatment. The maximum pressure of blasting test reaches 31.8MPa. All the performance indexes of the testes are higher than standard requirements.
