摘要: 为适应石蜡原料劣质化趋势, 满足产品质量更高及装置扩能的要求, 研制开发了SD 系列石蜡加氢精制催 化剂。针对石蜡、微晶蜡原料杂质含量高、扩散阻力大的特点, 采用改进的载体制备工艺, 通过特殊高温改性处理, 制备的载体具有孔径大、容杂能力强、原料适应性好的特点, 以W-Ni 为活性组分, 催化剂脱硫、脱氮、芳烃饱和能力 较强。该催化剂主要用于54# ~68#石蜡、70# ~75#微晶蜡的加氢精制, 产品满足国家和国际最先进的质量标准。采用高 压加氢工艺, 生产的石蜡、微晶蜡产品满足美国FDA 食品级石蜡产品指标要求。催化剂已实现十余次工业应用, 为石 蜡生产企业创造了良好的经济效益。

Abstract: Paraffin hydrofining catalyst of the SD series is developed to adapt the inferior tendency of paraffin feedstocks and meet the requirements on a better product quality and expansion of units. To solve the problems of high impurity content and strong diffusion resistance of paraffin and microcrystalline wax, the improved carrier preparation process was adopted to make the carrier have large pore volume, strong impurity-containing capacity and better feedstock adaptability by means of special high-temperature modification treatment. With W-Ni used as active components, the catalyst displayed excellent HDS, HDN and aromatics saturation performances. This catalyst was mainly used for hydrotreatment of the 54# -68# paraffin and 70# -75# microcrystalline wax. The products can be in line with the latest national and international specifications on quality. The paraffin and microcrystalline wax products from the high-pressure hydrogenation process can meet the requirements American FDA food - graded specifications on paraffin products. The catalyst has come under industrialized application for a dozen of times, creating good economic benefits for paraffin production enterprises.
